You can also choose a used milk cooling tank from Mueller without cleaning. Such systems are also well-thought-out. The containers are equipped with robust agitator motors and agitating blades. On the measuring rod included in the supply, you can read the current tank filling level. It is provided with a table of measurements in litres. Furthermore, the used milk tanks without cleaning have convenient milk temperature indicators and outlet taps. The tank feet are manufactured of stainless steel. Depending on the type, capacities of these milk tanks range from 1,660 to 10,150 litres.

Buying any cheap milk tank is not always the optimal solution. It would be better to purchase a high-quality used tank from Mueller. These milk cooling tanks are distinguished by good material quality and machining, as well as good cooling properties. They are completely made of polished stainless steel. The tanks are very easy to handle thanks to their additional equipment, such as the Risto Wash system. Risto Wash is a newly developed system that controls milk cooling and cleaning fully automatically. The integrated milk temperature regulator has two setpoint adjustments, a re-stirring automatic device, and a system of cooling start delay. As soon as the milk quality is at risk, the cooling time monitoring system sends an alarm signal. The washing time control unit can select different flushing programs. The water dosage is then automatically adjusted. Running times of the pump and heater (if installed), as well as detergent dosage, are also freely selectable. The Risto Wash system is placed in a specially developed, extremely compact housing. Thanks to simple and proven operator guidance, the user can easily learn the system software.

Used milk tanks with O-92 cleaning are provided with a number of additional features. The fully automatic cleaning system attached to the milk tank cleans it independently and reliably. Furthermore, you can also make various cleaning settings yourself, for example, water metering. The respective running times of the pump can also be separately adjusted. The used Mueller milk cooling tanks are equipped with various sensors to monitor, for example, washing temperature. The cooling temperature is monitored by probes. In addition, the container is equipped with a powerful agitator motor, agitator blades and a measuring rod on which you can read the values in litres. Moreover, the tank is provided with a digital display showing exact milk temperatures. The tank has also a 2″ or 2.5” outlet tap, as well as with robust feet made of stainless steel.
