The new tank cleaning Risto Wash 2013 was developed for reliable cooling and cleaning of used tanks. An easy-to-use software that controls both functions fully automatically. However, the user can also select special cleaning steps individually. Besides using in new milk cooling tanks, this technology can also be used for converting and retrofitting of already existing and running systems. Innovative milk cooling functions of the new tank cleaner Risto – Wash 2013 include two selectable settings of the reference values, a cooling start delay and a re-stirring automatic system. If risky temperature conditions occur, the monitoring system immediately triggers an alarm. The cleaning functions of the device carry out cleaning of the milk cooling tank. A guard timer control automatically regulates the water and detergent dosage according to available washing programs. A compact design of the Risto Wash 2013 is an important advantage for smaller tanks and small farms. Also its affordable price makes this modern technology a profitable investment for small and medium-sized agricultural companies for a long time.

Hygiene requirements change and demands on the high-quality milk processing are constantly increasing. Risto is fully aware of this trend and thus extended its tank cleaning systems by some important features. Now the watchdog of the new tank cleaning device Risto Wash 2018 can be triggered directly, in order to reliably meet new regulations for dairy. With this modernised version, the milk cooling and tank cleaning functions can be remotely controlled. Other extensions are a RS-485 serial PC interface, as well as an innovative data logger system. In all other respects, the new tank cleaning Risto Wash 2018 performs the same tasks as its predecessor Wash 2013 with the same degree of reliability. At small and medium-sized farms, milk production can be significantly facilitated by such features of this device as adjustment of setpoints, re-stirring automatics, and cooling start delay. The new tank cleaner Risto – Wash 2018 also demonstrates important advantages in cleaning. Its housing features the same compactness as its predecessor. Its operation is user-friendly and easy. For maximum performance in both required tasks, most programs run fully automatically according to the time settings of the user. If problems or faults in cooling temperature occur, the system immediately triggers an alarm signal.
