Mobile milk tank with trailer
A mobile milk tank with a trailer is ideal for transportation of milk in small and medium quantities on a trailer of an appropriate size. The tank is made of stainless, high-grade steel DIN 1.4301. This material is characterized by acid resistance, neutrality in taste and long service life. Different weather and climate conditions, as well as severe temperature changes in the transportation and operating environment,cannot do any harm to this material, even in the long term. To facilitate thorough cleaning, the tank contains the necessary technology. The tank outlet with disc valve is self-cleaning. These mobile tanks with trailers have a special feature: they are equipped with a refrigerating unit. Thereby, cooling is ensured for each milk quantity even on longer transportation routes. Capacities of the available tank types range from 1,250 to 2,550 liters. Such a wide range of sizes is especially suitable for small rural enterprises who have to cool and transport varying quantities of milk and thus stay flexible. Although this milk tank with a trailer was designed for mobile applications, it is also advantageous due to its compactness for fixed installation and filling up at a fixed location.

Mobile milk tank without trailer
The mobile milk tank without trailer is equipped with a mounted refrigerating unit that ensures an uninterrupted cooling chain. In addition, the tank is provided with a cleaning unit that cleans it quickly and easily. It is manufactured from a stainless steel alloy in accordance with DIN 1.4301, whereby the entire container is treated with a special oil polishing. The latter makes the mobile milk tank surface extremely smooth and fine. Moreover, you can also easily empty the tank through the tank outlet with a disc valve (nominal diameter 50). This product is also ideal as a mobile tank. Depending on your needs, you can order containers of different capacities ranging from 1,660 to 2,550 liters.

Mobile milk tank with trailer
The mobile milk bulk tank is suitable for refrigerated transportation of 550 to 1,000 liters of milk. In this case, milk is cooled via the evaporator surface of the bulk tank. The double-walled, cylindrical milk bulk tank is made of high-grade stainless steel. Both the bottom and the shell of the bulk tank are thermally insulated. CFC-free polyurethane foam acts as an insulating material. Thanks to the agitator mounted in the lid, the bulk tank is also suitable for small milk quantities. The milk outlet of the bulk tank is equipped with a NW 50 disc valve. This milk cooling bulk tank is designed for manual cleaning. It is supplied as a complete package including a cooling unit and is ready to plug in and use. The electrical control of the bulk tank includes cooling turning on/off, viewing and setting the milk temperatures, control and management of cooling, as well as a protection against voltage fluctuations. Optionally, you can also purchase a milk pump.
